Slightly Different allergen free Thai Red Curry cooking sauce is an amazing FODMAP friendly cooking sauce.  Spicy and full of all the flavour you'd expect from a Thai curry, but with no onion or garlic so great for those with a sensitive gut or on FODMAP.   Sonia has created a wonderful range of cooking sauces with none of the 14 allergens and no artificial flavours, preservatives or colours.

Directions

Heat and stir until hot and add to your meal. Can also be used as a cold dip. If required add water.
