Another great coeliac friendly, Paleo/AIP snack with no allergens is Duck Crackling. Simply seasoned with smoked sea salt and Kampot pepper (that's a very nice luxury pepper from Cambodia, don't you know!), this is a really lovely gluten free snack. The duck is triple cooked for lovely lighness and extra flavour and as with everything else on our site, no artificial flavourings or preservatives are used.
