Not just for lentil lovers, these Red Lentil Penne offer a quick meal and are perfect if you are looking to add more protein and fibre into your diet. Not only gluten and egg free but also organic, this pasta is made in Italy with 100% red lentils and delicious served hot with your favourite sauce or cold in a salad.
Cooking*: per portion boil 1lt of water and 1tsp salt, then stir in 100g pasta. Boil for 5 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute until it is 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
This product is Coeliac UK, Vegan, Soil Association and Kosher certified.
