Lovely little twice baked onion crostini.  Gorgeous with a dip, as a little scrummy nibble, or loaded with a lovely topping.  Dairy free and made in Davina Steels gluten free bakery.

Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, White Rice Flour, Cornflour, Sorghum Flour, Olive Oil, Water, Baking Powder (Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate)), Egg, Dried Onion, Yeast, Vitamin C (Antioxidant (Ascorbic acid)), Salt, Sugar, Thickener (Xanthan Gum).
