Gluten free dough balls can be used in so many ways and contain no allergens!  Called pão de queijo (‘cheese bread’) in Brazil, their delicate cheese flavour, crisp crust and chewy, airy texture makes them fantastic with soups, as canapés, mini-sandwiches for packed lunches, or for breakfast with butter and jam. Enjoy cold, or fresh and warm from the oven.  You can always make up the dough to freeze then just cook them as you need them.  We pop them in Dexters lunch box quite a lot, pop a bit of cheese or ham in the middle and you've got a ready made dough ball sandwich!

Other Uses: This gluten free flour mix can also be used for making tasty almond buns, pie crust, bread rolls, as binding or emulsifying ingredient in gluten free bread making.
