This low fodmap Marinara sauce is really tasty.  Brilliant for loads of uses as well as the obvious putting on pasta, you can use it as a pizza sauce, as a base for ratatouille, even add some cream, blitz it up for some lovely soup.  Vegan, allergen free other than celery, this is great for coeliacs, dairy free, those on Paleo who are eating tomatoes and of course accredited by Monash University as low Fodmap.

Ingredients:  Chopped Tomatoes (86%), Tomato Paste (6%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Carrots, Celery, Salt, Basil.
