Gluten free Doughnuts! Oh Yes..... These are a great little doughnut, made in the oven using a cakepop mould.  Being baked, they're less fatty than the real thing, but full of flavour and delicious dipped in jam, or chocolate sauce, icing and sprinkles or even a fruit coulis if the healthy feeling took you!  No allergens and vegan.  You can also use the mix to make steamed puds and pancakes.

Ingredients:

Brown Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Cassava Starch, Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Vanilla Flavouring, Salt.
